Frequently asked questions about storafleet.
What does the free plan include?
The free plan lets you connect up to 3 Fleets and browse all your files — there's no per-file limit. All core features — including presigned URL generation, storage stats, and file browsing — are included. Upgrade to Pro (25 Fleets, team access for 3 members) or Business (100 Fleets, up to 15 team members) when you need more. Enterprise is available for organisations with 100+ Fleets, SSO, or SLA requirements.
Are my AWS credentials safe?
Yes. Your AWS Secret Access Key is encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM with a per-user encryption key derived via HKDF-SHA256. Credentials are never stored in plaintext, never logged, and never shared with third parties. The decrypted key exists in server memory only for the duration of an AWS API call. Which AWS regions are supported?
All standard AWS commercial regions are supported. Buckets in every region are auto-discovered when you connect your credentials. AWS GovCloud and AWS China regions are not currently supported. See the Supported providers page for the full list.
What permissions does storafleet need?
At minimum: s3:ListAllMyBuckets, s3:ListBucket, s3:GetBucketLocation, and s3:GetObject. For full functionality including uploads and deletes, additional permissions are needed. See the Permissions page for the complete recommended IAM policy.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your paid plan at any time from the account settings page. Your account will revert to the free plan at the end of the current billing period. No cancellation fees apply. Your data and bucket connections are not deleted when you downgrade.
Which storage providers does it support?
Storafleet connects AWS S3, Cloudflare R2, Backblaze B2, Wasabi, MinIO, DigitalOcean Spaces — the whole S3-compatible family plus any custom endpoint, 50+ cloud providers and counting — in one console. Rather than flatten everything to a lowest common denominator, the UI is provider-aware: it exposes each provider's real capabilities (AWS storage classes and Intelligent-Tiering, R2 Super Slurper / Sippy and EU residency, Object Lock on AWS/B2/Wasabi/MinIO, a managed CDN on DigitalOcean) and clearly hides what a given provider can't do.
