DreamHost DreamObjects is S3-compatible and authenticates with an Access Key and Secret Key.

What you need
- An Access Key and Secret Key.
- The bucket name.
Create API keys
- In the DreamHost panel, open Cloud Services → DreamObjects → Manage.
- Click Create New User.
- Expand User Controls to show the Access Key / Secret Key.
Endpoint & region
https://s3.us-east-005.dream.io — a single cluster with region us-east-005. Use path-style addressing.
Connect the Fleet
- From the Fleet page, click Create Fleet and pick Access Keys.
- Paste the Access Key and Secret Key.
- Set the endpoint
https://s3.us-east-005.dream.io. - Click connect.
Supported features
DreamObjects supports versioning and CORS.
DreamObjects runs on Ceph RADOS Gateway and uses ACLs (no S3 bucket-policy); legacy accounts may use
objects-us-east-1.dream.io.
