Create a IONOS Object Storage bucket

IONOS Object Storage offers S3-compatible storage across European and US regions. Create a bucket, generate a key, and connect.

Create a bucket

1. In the IONOS Data Center Designer, open Menu → Storage & Backup → Object Storage.
2. Create a bucket, name it, pick a region, and create it.

Generate a key

1. In Object Storage → Key management, click Generate key and copy the Access Key and Secret Key.
