MEGA S4

MEGA S4 is S3-compatible and authenticates with an Access Key and Secret Key.

What you need

• An Access Key and Secret Key.
• The bucket name and region.

Create API keys

1. In your MEGA account, open Object storage → Keys.
2. Click Create key.
3. Copy the Access Key and Secret Key (once).

Endpoint & region

https://s3.<REGION>.s4.mega.io — e.g. https://s3.eu-central-1.s4.mega.io. Available regions: eu-central-1, eu-central-2, ca-central-1, ca-west-1. City aliases like s3.<city>.megas4.com also exist. Use path-style addressing.

Connect the Fleet

1. From the Fleet page, click Create Fleet and pick Access Keys.
2. Paste the Access Key and Secret Key.
3. Set the endpoint for your region.
4. Click connect.

Supported features

MEGA S4's supported features are limited to object I/O plus migration.
