/// CONNECT A PROVIDER / FILELU S5

FileLu S5

FileLu S5 is an S3-compatible gateway that authenticates with an Access Key and Secret Key. It uses path-style addressing, and buckets are FileLu folders you enable as S5 buckets.

What you need

  • An Access Key and Secret Key from your FileLu account.
  • The bucket name — a FileLu folder enabled as an S5 bucket; the region is ignored, so use us-east-1.

Get your S5 credentials

  1. Sign in to My Account on FileLu.
  2. Find the S5 credentials and copy the Access Key and Secret Key.

Endpoint & region

https://s5lu.com (global) or a regional host — https://us.s5lu.com, https://eu.s5lu.com, https://ap.s5lu.com, or https://me.s5lu.com. The region is ignored, so use us-east-1. FileLu uses path-style addressing (URL Style: path).

Connect the Fleet

  1. From the Fleet page, click Create Fleet and pick Access Keys; enter a name, the bucket name, and us-east-1 as the region.
  2. Paste the Access Key and Secret Key.
  3. Set the endpoint to https://s5lu.com (or a regional host) and connect.

Supported features

FileLu S5 supports CORS, bucket policy, and object tags. It uses a simplified permission model (shared users can't delete). Versioning, lifecycle, Object Lock, and storage classes are not supported.

FileLu buckets are folders you must enable first. In the file manager, open Edit FolderS5 BucketSave — until you do, the folder isn't reachable over S3.
