Select a bucket and set thresholds
Pick any connected bucket. Set the warning threshold (e.g., 75%) and the alert threshold (e.g., 90%) as a percentage of your intended storage limit.
Configure notification channels
Add email addresses and webhook URLs to receive alerts. Test the notification to confirm delivery before relying on it for a critical bucket.
Receive alerts before you hit the limit
When a threshold is crossed, Storafleet sends the alert immediately on the next scan. The dashboard shows which buckets are in warning, alert, or OK state at all times.
Per-bucket thresholds
Set a storage size threshold for each bucket individually. A prod-logs bucket might need a tight threshold while a data lake bucket can be looser. Configure each one separately.
Email and webhook notifications
Receive alerts via email to any address, or via webhook to Slack, PagerDuty, or any endpoint. Set up both — don't miss a threshold event because you weren't checking email.
Visual gauge per bucket
The alerts dashboard shows a horizontal gauge for each configured bucket — current fill percentage against the threshold marker. See at a glance what's approaching the limit.
Warning and alert levels
Set two thresholds: a warning level (75%) and an alert level (90%). Get a heads-up notification before hitting the hard limit — not just a fire alarm when it's already too late.
No AWS Budget or CloudWatch required
AWS-native bucket-level size alerts require CloudWatch metrics + SNS + Budgets configuration. Storafleet gives you per-bucket storage alerts in 30 seconds without touching any of those services.
Checked on your scan interval
Thresholds are checked every time Storafleet scans your buckets. Set your scan interval to hourly or daily depending on how fast your bucket grows. You're alerted on the next scan after the threshold is crossed.

Catching a runaway log export before it grows out of control
A misconfigured service starts dumping logs to your prod-logs bucket at 10x the normal rate. Without an alert, you'd find out at month-end when the bill spikes.
